How to Get Help

If you need assistance with your Technology, the best way to get help is to submit a technology work order.

  1. On your district computer’s desktop, open up your web browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) and click on this icon from the Staff Portal Page:
  2. It should automatically login, but if it doesn’t, use your Office 365 login.
  3. After you login, click on “IT Requests” on the top left, then click on “New Request”
  4. Select the category related to your issue and fill out the fields accordingly, then hit “Submit”
