If you need assistance with your Technology, the best way to get help is to submit a technology work order.
- On your district computer’s desktop, open up your web browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) and click on this icon from the Staff Portal Page:
- It should automatically login, but if it doesn’t, use your Office 365 login.
- After you login, click on “IT Requests” on the top left, then click on “New Request”
- Select the category related to your issue and fill out the fields accordingly, then hit “Submit”
