How to Get Help

During the 2017-2018 school year, we moved to a new work order system called “Vivantio”.  One of the main features we were looking for was an easier way for users to login without having to remember ANOTHER account.  This newer system has provided us a way to use your Office 365 account for authentication.  If you’re curious to know more about the framework, click here.

If you need assistance with your Technology, the best way to get help is to submit a technology work order.

  1. On your district computer’s desktop, double-click the “I.T. Work Orders” icon on your desktop
  2. It should automatically login, but if it doesn’t, use your Office 365 login.
  3. After you login, click on “IT Requests” on the top left, then click on “New Request”
  4. Select the category related to your issue and fill out the fields accordingly, then hit “Submit”

The interface is very simple to use, and we see that with the increased amount of work orders being submitted compared to previous years.  This is exactly what we wanted.
